How to get it to us

  1. Option 1

    Drop off

    CONFIRM ADDRESS — Rockville, MD. CONFIRM HOURS. Step-free entry, parking in front, no appointment. Hand the bag to whoever is at the counter.

  2. Option 2

    Mail it

    Ten items or more? Email us and we send a prepaid label the same business day. CONFIRM this service is offered.

  3. Option 3

    Request a pickup

    Three bags or more, inside Montgomery County? Use the form below and choose “Request a pickup.” CONFIRM day and minimum.

What happens to it

Five stations, five people, one garment.

    Your jacket arrives

    Logged in at receiving. A trainee records the donor, the count, and the date — the first entry on your tax receipt.

  2. 2

    A trainee grades it

    Seams, zippers, pilling, authenticity. Real judgment calls, made by someone learning to make them.

  3. 3

    It’s cared for

    Laundered, steamed, finished. Fabric care is its own station and its own certifiable skill.

  4. 4

    A trainee lists it

    Photographed, measured, written up, and posted to the shop, eBay, Mercari, or a live Whatnot show.

  5. 5

    The team gets paid

    It sells, and the proceeds fund the next shift. CONFIRM the share of each resale dollar that becomes wages and coaching.
